Al Ain University Discusses Educational Transformation and Institutional Innovation at the 3rd International Conference on Education

Al Ain University (AAU) participated in the 3rd International Conference on Education (ADU_ICEDU_2026), organized by Abu Dhabi University at ADNEC Centre Al Ain. Held under the theme “Designing Pedagogical Approaches for Future Learners: Challenges and Opportunities,” the conference brought together prominent academic leaders, education policymakers, researchers, and experts from various educational institutions.
Representing Al Ain University, Prof. Nazih Khaddaj Mallat, Vice President for Quality Assurance, Accreditations and Rankings, participated in a panel discussion titled “Leading Educational Transformation: Policy, Innovation, and Institutional Change.” The session explored the role of academic leadership, educational policies, and innovation in driving meaningful and sustainable transformation within educational institutions while addressing the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education.
During the discussion, Prof. Khaddaj Mallat highlighted the importance of adopting a comprehensive approach to educational transformation that goes beyond introducing new initiatives or integrating modern technologies.
